Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Missing accessories in the package

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or videos showing the issue.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices

  • Not have any physical damage caused by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products damaged due to improper usage

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products with missing accessories

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Refund Process

After the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
